The second week is already over...

...yeah, the time passes really fast here in Noosa.

The last update was on the last weekend. It's hard to write more than every week, because we don't do so much during the week. (The interesting stuff seems to happen only on weekends...)

What can we tell you about our school-life...? We usually drive to school by bike. That takes about 20 minutes for one way. (we take the bus, if it rains. but that only happend once since we have the bikes!) School is every day from from 9 a.m. to 12 a.m. and from 1 p.m. to 3 p.m. Altough the last hour is not mandatory, we usually stay there and get some homework done. Yeah we have a lot of homework... Probably 1,5 hours a day.

But of course, it's important to balance the work with other activities. And there are plenty of other activities. Usually on mondays students go to the Murphy's Pub and on thursdays everybody meets at the Koalabar. On wednesday we were invited to a studentsparty. It was at a house where 4 Students live. The homestay-mother is swiss. And the homestay-dad likes apparently to party. So he organised this student party which reminded us of these housepartys you usually only see in Hollywood-Movies.

Flo with some other guys
On thursday in the Koalabar Oli won two Movie-tickets. On studentsnights there are always games with good prices. What Oli had to do for the tickets and pictures of it are on the globalvillage blog...

Today we went to the Eumundi Market (phonetical "iumandi"). It is the biggest market in the area and really beautiful. There was alot to buy and to eat and on every corner you had live music.

Tonight we had a BBQ with some friends from school. And tomorrow (although now it's already today..) we have to do our homework...

The Bonds are out for the weekend. But they return sunday and bring Phil's parents along who are going to stay with us for a week.

greetings!

Schnee gegeben.

lots of love and take care
Ursula

Dear Götti and auntie Flo!
Guess what? I get three new teeth! Three, all at once! When you get back home, I can bbq with you! :-)
All the best,
Anina
